Complete Tuning Solutions return policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items that have not been attempted to be installed, used, modified or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for shipping cost, and all normal returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

If a mistake was made on our end, please notify us within ten (10) days and we'll get it processed and corrected as soon as possible. All orders after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis.

Cancelled orders before a shipment is processed, are subject to a minimum 3% processing fee.
